Colombian forensic experts are on the gruesome scene where 4 people were killed and 11 others injured in a blast. The explosion targeted a drug rehabilitation centre and homeless shelter in the city of Medellin. Police say drug gangs -- who saw the rehabilitation centre as a threat to their drug dealing business -- were behind the explosion.
